Do you provide the alcohol?
Virginia has specific laws regarding alcohol. Due to these laws we do not provide any alcohol and the client must purchase separately from the bar rental service. Once you book we can help guide you with our list of partners where to purchase kegs. We are happy to pick up the alcohol and bring it to your event for you.
Can you serve indoor and outdoor events?
Yes, we are able to serve at indoor and outdoor event. For indoor events double doors are required to accommodate the Ape. Mia is 10 feet long, 5 feet wide and stands 6 feet tall.
A 120 V power source is required to power the kegerator. If your venue does not have a power source we can provide a quiet generator for an additional small fee.
What insurance do you have?
We carry general liability insurance.
What types of drinks can you serve on the taps?
We can serve beer, wine, prosecco, sparkling wine, pre-maid cocktails, seltzer, cider, lemonade. We also can provide a stand alone drink dispenser for water. Have something else in mind? Reach out and we can chat.
What type of drinkware is provided?
Currently, we can provide hard plastic disposable cups that fit the type of beverage to be served. We offer 9-14 oz cup sizes. We are happy to display and use real glassware provided by another vendor if you choose.
How can I secure my date?
To secure your date we require a 50% deposit and the remaining balance to be paid within a week of your event. Please fill out our section so we can connect with you. Also, see our page for our email and phone number.
